Tokyo Ghost, Black Science and Low

Going over the new pages coming in from Sean Murphy, Matteo Scalera and Greg Tocchini. Three of the best sequential artists ever, no question. On days when their new pages come in it becomes impossible to write, the folders full of art demand I sit and soak. A cruel mistress at times, but I really love making comics these days. The inspiration is hard to cork, because of the art. So much love in every panel . Looking over the new pages is when the next big ideas usually strike.

Taking the time to remember why I got into this business. To make these kinds of comics with like minded people. Making the comics I always dreamed of making. To say something that holds some meaning amid the big fun nuttiness. Hopefully something that inspires someone else to make their own art.
